Nice independent house with pool situated in a fantastic position offering beautiful panoramic views over the Tuscan hills and the towers of San Gimignano in the distance.
This beautiful house sits on a large estate (10.000 square meters) with olive groves and vineyards. The pool is approx. 20 m from the house away and it is to be shared with the owners. The house provides a nice, well-kept private garden.
Casa Lucia is sets on 2 levels (both with access on to the outside) and offers welcoming, nicely furnished interiors.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace of the Tuscan countryside and at the same time wish to visit all the Chianti little towns such as Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti.

We hebben genoten van het mooie huis. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig! Het zwembad is ook heel fijn en verzorgd. Vannuit deze locatie zijn alle mooie steden en dorpen goed te bereiken (zoals Siena, San Giminano, Florence, Volterra). We hebben hier echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
