The price was fair considering tourist season. Room had odor, but improved once we opened the windows. The bathroom was great! The room was clean. But the beds seemed saggy & too soft. It was ok for one night.

The staff went overboard in our care. I managed to get a virus before arrival. They let us have the room early, added extra kleenex, treats and coffee. Room was immaculate and cozy. Convenient to everything. Great restaurant for dinner, Lobster Pot just 5 mins. away. Only 20 mins. to Acadia Nat'l Park. and Bar Harbor. Pizza Hut nearby too. Would highly recommend.

It was easy check in. We were given a code to get into room without having to stop at the front desk. Very easy. Parking was great. Right next to LL bean outlet. Walkable. Hosts graciously left snacks in room. I would definitely stay in motel again.

Just used room to sleep in and shower for two nights- touring coast and park. Bathroom was updated and clean. Mgmt kept us informed via text and room was ready when we arrived. No problems at all.

We stayed here while visiting local family. The room was clean, but did have a musty smell. The owner stayed in contact with us via text message, so never interacted with anyone in person, which was okay for us. The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants and stores across the street.

Atlantic Coast Inn is a motel. It was like Airb&B. There was never anybody in the office. I got a keycode for my room and messages. Clean, spacious, free coke and coffee. Nice bathroom. Noise from street and people in other rooms. Could not get heating to work. Overall a good place to stay for a sort time. 30 min to Bar Harbor

I’d go back and bring my own pillow

Good location, love the checkin. Room is small but adequate and the extras included snacks and bevs were a great touch. Problem was the mattress and pillows. Pillows need case covers. I almost bounced off the bed, if they invested in new bedding it would be much better.
