Ideally positioned on the flat of the village and 5 minutes walk from the beach, this house will be the meeting place for your summer holidays.
With its garden, moments of relaxation and sunbathing are yours.

Equipped for 6 people, it consists of:
On the ground floor: a living room giving direct access to the garden, an equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a storage room, a separate toilet and access to the terrace at back of the house.
On the 1st floor: a bathroom, three bedrooms, a separate toilet and air conditioning.

Un hébergement authentique à Banyuls

Le charme de l'ombrage d'arbres qui ont vu quelques générations, une fresque qui rapelle le passage d'un artiste maniant l'humour, un coin paisible à 5 mn du centre et des commerce. Et le parking n'est pas bien loin. Nous avons été heureux de rencontrer Aloes plongée et les baignades dans les criques sans oublier le chemin du littoral, le musée Matisse et le Biodiversarium.

un peu vieillot

maison avec un beau potentiel, très bien situé au calme, mais rien est exploité, lave vaisselle qui lave pas, télécommande et télé qui fonctionnent pas, l'agence qui gère est top, ils ont été très réactifs et sympas, mais la maison est mal entretenue, tout est vieux et pas en bon état, la déco laisse à désirer....... bref ça ne vaut pas du tout ce prix là on paie juste la taille de la maison, le petit jardin appréciable avec les 2 chiens et l'emplacement mais l'intérieur de la maison ne vaut pas du tout ce prix.
