excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à Banyuls. Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de nombreuses découvertes tant au bord de la mer que dans les montagnes, en France et en Espagne. Le logement est très confortable et plutôt grand avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, comme à la maison. Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer. L'accueil est très chaleureux et agréable : de nombreuses attentions de la part des propriétaires qui sont très à l'écoute. Merci encore pour le panier garni à notre arrivée.

Superbe séjour

Appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Banyuls , au calme . Grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer . L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé . Le centre ville et ses restaurants sont à proximité . Les propriétaires Michèle et Jean-Pierre sont très accueillants et vraiment sympathiques . Si vous chercher une location sur Banyuls n'hésitez pas vous ne serez absolument pas déçu . Au plaisir de vous revoir . Daly et J-P

Bel appartement très confortable, très bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable et très confortable. Il est idéalement situé : à 5 minutes à pied du port (très pratique pour les séjours "plongée"), de la plage, du centre-ville ou de l'aquarium. Cet appartement est très bien équipé (à noter qu'il possède même un garage pour rentrer son véhicule) et il est totalement indépendant du logement des propriétaires. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et accueillants. Nous recommandons donc cet appartement et nous envisageons d'y séjourner à nouveau quand nous reviendrons dans la région.

Den Gesamteindruck würde ich mit "sehr gut" bezeichnen.

Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr große möblierte Terrasse. Von der Terrasse hat man eine gute Aussicht auf die Bucht von Banyules sur Mer sowie die Weinberge. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und befindet sich etwa 5 Minuten vom Hafen und vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gute Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich an der Strandpromenade sowie im Ort selbst und sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus. Die Verständigung ist nur auf Französisch möglich. Sollten wir die Region wieder besuchen, wäre die Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl.

appartement très agréable. Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du bord de mer

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement très confortable et décoré avec goût.La grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. (dommage que le temps n'ai pas été très chaud pendant notre séjour pour en profiter plus).Il est très bien situé dans une impasse très calme à 5 minutes du bord de mer et tout proche des commerces, du marché on peu tout faire à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute du moindre souci.Ils sont en même temps très discrets. Si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons dans cet appartement.
