Picture this: golden hour spills across the Blue Ridge, two hot tubs bubble on the patio, and laughter drifts from the game room as the smell of burgers wafts from the grill. Tonight, 25 of your favorite people are under one roof. Tomorrow, Sugar Mountain is five minutes away, Grandfather Mountain twenty, and Boone a quick thirty. This is the lodge that turns reunions into traditions and ski trips into the story your group still tells five years later.
★The space
Step inside the newly redesigned Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge and you'll feel the hush of the mountains immediately — vaulted ceilings, nature-themed art, and that lived-in warmth that says "stay a while."
Resort Exclusives
✔ Two private hot tubs (seats 14 total)
✔ Custom-built fire pit
✔ Shared heated community pool (across the street)
✔ Community tennis courts
✔ Arcade machine, pool/billiards table, Infinity Game Table
✔ Two 5-burner BBQ grills on the deck

Two living rooms anchor the home. The main room invites you onto plush leather sofas around a gas fireplace with a 65" Roku Smart TV — the spot where everyone ends up after dinner. A second sitting room with a 55" TV gives the night-owls and the early-risers their own space.
The chef's kitchen was built for a crowd. Two refrigerators, two cooktops, two dishwashers, three coffee makers, an air fryer, instant pot, and a spice rack mean nobody fights for counter space. A dedicated coffee bar handles the morning rush.
When it's time to eat, two locally-made live-edge dining tables seat all 25 guests together — no kids' table, no overflow.
- Game room: Pac-Man and NBA Jam arcades, billiards, and an Infinity Game Table with dozens of digital games

- Two new hot tubs on the back patio — soak up to 14 people at once under the stars
- Custom stone fire pit with seating for s'mores and storytelling
- Covered porch with two 5-burner BBQ grills and a picnic table

★LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
The property is located in Banner Elk in Mill Ridge, a former ski community. Many of the ski trails are now used as hiking trails. One trail entrance is located right next to the driveway. A short 10-minute hike to the top will reveal a surprise from the past! There are ponds, streams, and trails throughout the community for you to enjoy.
The property’s convenient location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. It provides a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the big city crowds.
Marvel at the gorgeous mountain settings while relaxing on the porch, or venture into Boone, Banner Elk, and Beech Mountain to discover many exciting attractions and landmarks.

★Other things to note
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain getaway. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and memorable experience.
✔ Health & Safety: Your well-being is our priority. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. It is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.
✔ Security: For your security, the property has exterior security cameras focused on the entrances and parking areas. These do not monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor areas like the hot tubs.
✔ Rental Agreement: To finalize your reservation, guests are required to review and sign our standard Rental Agreement.
✔ NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
✔ NO SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside and outside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
