Booked hotel in August for October vacation and the main reason for staying was restaurant and bar onsite. However the restaurant and bar were closed on the night we stayed despite the advertised signs saying open nightly from 5-9. Our room was not in main hotel instead located in adjacent building. The breakfast was limited food options from 7-9 am. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for these reasons - very disappointed.

Pros: Big room. Thick towels. Nice breakfast. Beautiful grounds and view. Cons: The building is pretty old. The floors squeak very loudly and there is quite a bit of traffic noise, but we had the fan running on the air conditioner to drown it out and slept well.

Gorgeous old inn set up nicely by the owners and staff. Bummed we were there on a Monday when the restaurant was closed. Relaxing, comfortable and a gorgeous sunset with great views of the first day light.
