I had stayed at this hotel several times in the past and had very good experiences, so this time I returned with my family. Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, and initially felt disappointed by the lack of sincerity in the staff’s responses, we ultimately left with good memories thanks to the courteous and genuine assistance of Duty Manager Narida Puangrua. Once upon a time lebua tower was epitome of sophistication unfortunately we found the standards had slipped... on arrival our room was not available we were taken to the club lounge whilst our room which was going to be one of the newly renovated rooms on the 59th floor as we returning customers, after waiting over an hour we were given a room on 58th not newly renovated...My husband whom was asked to go and change his shoes as they were not appropriate yet over the course of our stay we noticed several people both males and females wearing the same shoes and being allowed to stay. Also allowing children whom are screaming and running around. It's not quite the same club lounge that it once was...no evening cocktails. Also your website states that you have a tuk tuk to take guests to the BTS yet when I enquired I was told that there was no transport, again had I known maybe I would have chosen somewhere closer. I must commend the staff they were always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely

Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Lebua was good and interesting - a classic Bangkok juxtaposition of enormous luxury that’s become unsustainable, with large sections of the hotel visibly abandoned. You pay for a spectacular view, so we recommend getting the river view and Tower Club, for lounge access. Lounge access is excellent for families - there are always western style plain snack foods for small children and a nice glass of wine for the parents. Pool is okay, breakfast is excellent and service is attentive. Nice little extras left in the room like chocolates and a turndown service. The room furniture is basic and old and in need of an update. There are more interesting places to stay in Bangkok for the price.

Our family—my husband, his friend, our 5-year-old son who just loves to swim, and his nanny—recently spent 8 unforgettable days at Tower Club at Lebua in their 3-bedroom suite, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded expectations. Jomel and Chanoknan at check-in welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The entire lounge and dining staff were equally outstanding—always attentive, kind, and accommodating to our family’s needs. A special mention goes to Kritthanathat Kultanachot from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our entire stay. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail made everything effortless—from daily arrangements to ensuring our comfort every step of the way. We were once again impressed by Executive Chef Avinash Rudola, who, for the second time, surpassed our expectations. His culinary creations at the breakfast buffet, the lounge offerings, and the dinner menu at Restaurant Mozu were all exceptional. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I’d also like to express heartfelt thanks to the female staff member at the entrance (sadly, we missed her name). She took care of all our transportation needs and even ensured a seamless send-off when the hotel limousine van brought us to Suvarnabhumi Airport. She personally coordinated with the hotel’s airport staff to meet us upon arrival.
