Overall fine and in a very convenient neighborhood. Flooring looks like it is coming apart. Confirmed request for twin beds weeks before was met with being told no twin beds anymore. Breakfast buffet quite good and breakfast staff were great.

Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I stayed about a week with a break in the middle for a day in Pattaya. The website indicated transport to and from the hotel, but it is not a free shuttle. They call a taxi for you for more than if you ordered it yourself. Just use Bolt (Thailand's version of Uber/Lyft).

Convenient location near central mall. Rooms are little outdated and bed was good but most rooms smell of dirty toilet/urine smell throughout the room. And limited towels. Staff is kind and helpful tho and management needs to do better on quality cleaning and maintenance
