Clean, quiet and spacious room. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance (10 min) from Sukhumvit MRT, Asoke BTS and shopping mall Terminal 21 where the food court offers a variety of cheap and delicious meals until 10pm. The hotel has a free shuttle to get you closer to the MRT if needed but it took us less time walking the distance than waiting for the shuttle. Lots of option for street food during the day by either checking the food stalls lining the street or the local day market on your way to the MRT/BTS. For late night snacks, there is a Lawson in the lobby open 24/7, a 7-Eleven across the street and Foodland also open 24h. Thai massage and more restaurants available in the street. Good location overall!

The breakfast at the hotel is really Bad. The food is breakfast bar selection is two limited. The coffee shop staff did a bad job, my waiter gave the wrong food she gave my plate to someone else and just took it off that table and brought it to me.

We stayed here for 7 nights for an Expo held at the Queen SiriKit Convention Centre. The hotel provided free tuk tuk shuttles daily to and from the venue. There were great local restaurants with authentic Thai food on the streets nearby and wonderful local Thai massage for after a long day at the Expo. The hotel and the staff were just fantastic. I’ll be back again next year.

We had a really great experience with The Coffee House on the ground floor. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved that the hotel breakfast was served there. It was a definite highlight of our stay. The staff were a mixed bag but mostly helpful. The room service cleaners did a decent job, and the maintenance team was quick to fix a couple of small issues we had during our visit. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room itself was a big letdown. It just wasn't up to standard. When we moved a drawer, we found clothing left behind by a previous guest. The space under the beds was also pretty filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. A small thing, but even the shower gel provided was very poor quality and felt cheap. We wanted to love our stay, but the state of the room made it difficult.

This Hotel was ranked 5 star. I would rate the gym, pool, bed and cleanliness 5 star. However, the Bathroom looked more like a motel style bathroom with the shower head in a small bathtub with water pressure very week. 3 star for bathroom. and everything else was 4 star. Some service people where excellent and some others questionable. the reception often seemed bothered when we ask them to call a taxi and one person even asked me to get the app to order my own taxi. Overall rating 7.5 on 10. It should not be considered a 5 star. but it was a good quality/price hotel.

ROOM: Apartment-style w/ cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, closet w. ironing board & iron, table and desk. WiFi adequate but not 100%. Room was clean but a decade or two old. AC adequate but the air in the room stayed pretty damp (Thailand!). Spacious. No view - looking at a wall and other hotel rooms. Balcony locked, so the "lake view" in the title is not real (at least for my room it wasn't!). King bed was good. Water pressure and temp. in bath/shower was not great. HOTEL: Friendly check-in/-out, coffee shop and convenience store on-site, pool is lovely. Pick-up service to/from airport totally worth it. LOCATION: Walking distance to Asok & Sukhumvit stations, and many malls/bars/restos/etc. The walk from the stations to the hotel is on a typical Bangkok side-street, so inconsistent sidewalks, garbage, etc. 24-hour grocery store about 5 minutes' walk.
