Friendly and effective staff; spacious and cozy room; the rooftop pool is nice too. I got a room upgrade for my Expedia membership. When I asked if there's any water dispensers in the building, the front desk staff said no but actively ordered many complimentary water bottles for my room, which is really impressive. They also gave me a drink coupon for my VIP status, but I gotta leave early for the airport, so didn't have a chance to use it. Overall I had a great experience at this hotel.
