Nice hotel in a great location. Staff is professional and friendly. Easy walk to many dining and shopping options as well as the metro. Only negative is the gym, it is small and not well equipped.

It's a nice hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was always helpful. The pool was cute. The hotel was <20 walk from a lot of great restaurants, some smaller markets, a huge mall, subway station. I rarely had to hire a car/grab. The road the hotel is on was quite busy though, with a lot of traffic.

I stayed in Bangkok for 12 days on a solo vacation, I had a gold suite in building 2 right across the street from the main lobby. They were kind enough to give me the corner room by the elevator on the 7th floor. My overall Thailand experience was wonderful and the hotel & staff helped with that tremendously. Breakfast buffet located in building 1 was delicous with a lot of options that change daily. Daily housekeeping kept my room clean, bed made, and refilled the free water along with the much needed towels. Front desk people were always kind with greetings and getting the door for me. Security guy would help cross the busy street and hail grabs for me which was also very helpful. Concierge Tor was a great help for touristy stuff. The hotel offers packages and Tor is happy to help explain those and other options for seeing the sites, including booking a private driver who was very friendly, suggestive, and kind. From the moment I got there till the day I left, anything I asked for and the staff was more than happy to help.
