I have been a guest at your hotel for several consecutive years, and every year I book two rooms for a full week. This is the first time I have ever requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to include a bathtub, as it was important to my partner. As a returning guest who books two rooms every year for a week-long stay, I would have expected either a complimentary upgrade or at least a symbolic charge. Instead, I was offered the full price of the room, despite the hotel being half empty at the time. It is very disappointing that this is the level of consideration given to loyal, long-term guests, especially when there is an opportunity to surprise the guest and provide a positive, welcoming experience.

We had a great stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The service is incredible. Everyone is genuinely kind, smiling, and helpful, and it really makes a difference. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the common areas are very well designed. The gym is excellent, with lots of wood and a warm, modern feel. The pool is nice, although a little cold. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very comfortable and well laid out. The only small “downside” is the location. You are close to the Nana area, which might not be for everyone, but the hotel is very well insulated from it. Once you pass the gates and enter the property, you don’t feel it at all. The noise doesn’t carry into the rooms, and you barely hear any music. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the BTS and in a convenient, central area. Overall, everything was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful boutique (sort of) property in the middle of the maddness of Nana. It’s separated enough to provide privacy and quieter yet also quite well located to take advantage of the excellent nightlife and cuisine nearby. We love it here

The room was well designed and clean. The bed was the best I had slept in during my tour I had slept in 3/4 different ones. Coffee machine was nice touch with capsules and free bottles of water. Modern toilet with seat warmer, bidet etc separate from shower room. I think this is a good thing in modern hotels. There were other amenities that put this hotel above the rest . Towels were good, soaps, toothpaste/ brush of better quality privided too. The staff were all polite, helpful with easy smiles. The breakfast crew were particularly nice.

We couldn't fault this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, it was in a great location, the pool was lovely, breakfast was superb and overall it had a chilled out but sophisticated vibe. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent for the price; Nice bathroom, clean room, comfotable bed and blankets. Located right next to Nana Plaza with security at both entrances. The only issue I had was in the bathroom near or in the bathtub. It had an offputting smell, enough to stop me from taking a bath, but the shower was was fine.
