I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and highly recommend it. Every single staff member without exception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, with fresh towels every day. Internet service was fast and efficient, also. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of Asian and western cuisine and varied every day. They also had vegetarian offerings. Hated to leave, but was signed up for a bus tour to Northern Thailand and the tour company was using a different hotel. Wish I could have stayed at Ibis Silom longer!

Location is great - within walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS/Silom MRT and the newly opened Central Park mall. There’s a 7-11 nearby too about 150m-ish walk away and a Lawson 108 which is nearer. The hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of eateries around - Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine especially, and a McDonald’s on the opposite side. Service is awesome, staff are all very friendly and prompt when requesting for items from room service. Only incident that happened and scared my mum 1 of the nights was when the room blacked out while she was bathing. Be sure to have another person in the room so that the sensor can sense someone otherwise it’ll shut down the room.
