Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by IHG is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the BTS Nana station, surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and convenience stores, yet still quiet enough for a comfortable stay.

I was check in but then I was informed that towels were not available until 1400 hours, 2 hours later. In other words, I went to my room and couldn’t take a shower. This was annoyingly bad considering that I flew many hours and needed a shower badly. It is incredible that the hotel couldn’t spare a single towel so that I could take a shower. Go figure.

My first room had blood everywhere in it. It was so nasty and when I told them it was blood they said it wasn’t but it was drops all over the floor and a hand print with blood on head board I would not recommend anyone stay there

Checkin was great, room was clean & cold, bed was a bit stiff, but the patio balcony should just be walled off. You can hear EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT LONG. A leaf blower that I swear ran for 7 hours. Bring ear plugs & request a higher floor.

Staff is very friendly and Helpful. I stay in room number 723 and the shower was very poor (with out any pressure on first day). From the second day pressure came but it was highly unregulated. Overall shower was not enjoyable.
