This was the final location for our trip covering multiple locations in South East Asia. Hotel room was super nice and direct view of Iconsiam mall. Within 20-25 minutes of walking distance to MRT, Ferry Boats and surface rail. Breakfast was very good and offered great choices for coffee drinkers, but black tea had to asked for and varied in quality from staff-to-staff. Restaurant does not offer to-go cups for beverages. Poolside meals were really good, and the property provides two hotel coupons per day which can be exchanged for merchandise or meals. Also extremely impressed with complementary room snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic).

Awesome hotel! Nothing missed when building or decorating this beauty. Great location right in the hustle and bustle. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downfall is the breakfast food buffet was cold every day, even if I was there when they opened. The only hot food was the made to order eggs. The rooftop pool was tranquil.

A stylish spotlessly clean comfortable hotel. Great air con, large beds, lovely room facilities ( except nowhere near a mirror to plug in hairdryer, So i think a man designed the rooms ). Adequate storage, great lighting. Thoughtfull extras, ( toothbrush / razor/ small hairbrush provided). Great free mini bar ( no alcohol). Breakfast very good, fresh , Id suggest another water station at other end of dining room to save queues.

Our stay at the Grande Centerpoint was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful, and friendly, and assisted with everything from stocking our room when needed, transportation, and general information about the area. The location is convenient to several of Bangkok main attractions, however, a taxi ride or tuk tuk is needed the majority of the time to get to many areas.

I cannot fault this hotel. It was excellent every respect. One thing, the atm in the hotel, charges $11 Aussie $ thereabouts (250 bhat) for withdrawals. That is quite a hefty charge. My advice, use the ATM a 1 minute walk from the hotel instead or find a bank ATM instead.

Breakfast was so so bad.. coffee terrible, no fresh juice, all hot food was cold .. and tasteless. My room was not cleaned good, also aircon very noisy and cold air hits the bed
