Road construction

The main street was having a major construction, and it made crossing to the other side very difficult and dangerous. It's none of the hotel's responsibilities, of course. At Grand Pinnacle, everyone was as friendly as ever.

Staff was amazing! We got in around 4 am and we were greeted outside! He grabbed all of our luggage ... carried it up 4 flights and turned the AC on in the room. It was very nice, clean and friendly. Would recommend 😄

Nice little hotel

Great price and close to airport. Food and 7-11 close by. Had early flight and this little hotel was perfect as they have hourly airport shuttle from hotel. Friendly staff. I will stay here again the next time I have an early flight.

This property was nothing like advertised and I did not feel safe to stay. I had to find and book another hotel. I tried Expedia on a recommendation from a friend but I will like just use Travelocity in the future.
