Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The room was missing furniture and didn’t look like the pictures and there was long women’s hair all over the place and in the bed which had stains on its. There was also freshly shaved hair in the sink. The owner wanted to just clean my room but I said no after seeing how unhygienic it was I wanted to go somewhere else and get a refund. He said ok and told me to contact Expedia since I booked through them in order to get a refund. When I got while of Expedia the owner lied to them and said I never spoke to him and that the room was clean and that he wouldn’t refund me. Luckily I had taken pictures of the rooms poor condition.
