Nice apartment

Overall it was an okay place, little farther from the main sights. For a luxury apartment I was a little disappointed in the service (housekeeping every other day, note “front desk” is really only open during the day for concerns, no dish soap provided despite the kitchen, also shuttle that was advertised was non existent). Staff did respond via what’s app fairly quickly when asked questions. We had to leave a deposit in cash first day and that was returned after their walk thru on last day. Space was a good size and washing machine worked great. Grab app helped us getting around.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Staff was friendly, and the area was great near restaurants and stores for easy and convenient shopping. Otherwise quite a bit of a walk to the train station but an overall great place to stay highly recommend it

Worse management l’ve seen in my life

Apartment location and facilities was good but it was very bad management because in 11 days they didn’t fixed very noisy Aircondation plus they complained small stain on linen , they threatened me if l don’t pay they will call the police ,of course l didn’t pay that was worse people l’ve seen in hospitality business, l wasn’t enjoy my stay there

Good location and nice staffs. Hotel room is old and run down. Cigarette buds were left behind by the previous guest. Microwave was dirty with food from the previous guest. Shower water has no pressure and defective shower head that spray water to every directions. One soap for the entire 3 days stay. TV in the room was removed.

good spot to chill during the lockdown

so far our stay here has been very pleasant. the kitchen and utensils have come in handy as I was missing my wife's cooking. super market within walking distance. despite the lockdown service has been spot on. only here because of the lockdown but I would definitely recommend.

Laundry machine in room was broken, no extra towels or hand towels or face towels. Called down to get extra towels and they told us to leave the towel so they can pick them up and give us new ones. Didn’t expect to wait a full day for new towels to take shower. Hotel is very misleading be warned

Very disappointed

I’ve stayed here 3 times before this. Never had a problem. This time was disappointment. One if the main reasons I stay here is because of the pool. Pool was closed because they’re renovating the building. Some days you could swim with a giant tarp over it (No thank you) the elevator was shut off for 5 hours one day, simple things like getting toilet paper took 3 calls and I still didn’t get it. When I called for customer service all I got was “I’m not sure” as an answer. I checked out 3 night early and got no refund because of policy but I just felt so cheated. I booked the Somerset hotel down the street for my last 3 nights in Bangkok and it was amazing

I will not use this hotel again because amenities are not support everyday, air conditioner is water leaking during I stay that hotel even I claimed they didn’t fix it. I am so angry about it.

hotel is not a four stars quality. bed is dated. limited lighting. ftont desk is hidden. staff not well trained. gave misleading answers. checkout took 20 minutes, because they did know where they put my deposit.

No more tuk tuk service. far from BTS Water is either hot or a bit cold Reception only do check in, check out. I tried to borrow adaptor, they dont have them. No slippers provided. Towel was old and torn. Good things.. Spacious room size, friendly staff.
