I had a very clean room! Staff are helpful and nice. Basic amenities but all that you'll need. You can wash and dry clothes as they have a washer and dryer. About a 20 min walk to Terminal 21 mall and train station. Lots of choices of food near by. Highly recommend!

Great for a solo traveler needing just a basic room. There’s a Lawson around the corner and a 7-Eleven a few blocks down. Saved a lot of money staying here. Staff is cordial. There’s street noise in the morning so I slept with ear plugs so not to be woken. The bathroom is itself a shower room with a drain and toilet in the back. The sink and mirror are outside of the bathroom. There are no electrical outlets on that wall. I had to be creative with the hair dryer, plugging it in behind the refrigerator and stretching it over. The room doesn’t have a dresser to store clothes, so I lived out of the suitcase. There’s a coin-operated (5 or 10 baht coins) washer and dryer on the first floor near the lobby. The ladies in the front are happy to change out your hundred baht bills. You have to buy your own detergent at the Lawson. The TV has some English channels like FX and a movie channel. It’s easy to get to Soi 22 and walk up to EmSphere. It’s about a 20 min. walk so you will perspire! To sum up, this hotel will meet your basic minimal needs. Don’t expect scenic or luxury. I was perfectly happy and comfortable.

I stayed at Arawana and had such a great experience. The location is super convenient, the room was always clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They upgraded my room for the last day and even let me check out late, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with great service and a good vibe in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in an old world part of the Sukhumvit that I was yet to experience in my three months of living from hotel to motel, and guest house, tour of a small but dense area of Bangkok. That was exciting to see something different amongst the old and the ordinary scene I expected. The place was clean, safe and surprisingly inexpensive for the size and standard if the room. Felt safe to explore aplaceIwould otherwise ever been.

My room was a little bit smaller size than typical hotels. But that was fine with me. The staff was very helpful and very eager to help with my questions. The only downfall I saw is that the elevator seems to have been broken for quite some time now.

Very nice stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk away from the main soi 22 road. But you can just walk a short distance for food, drinks and beauty shops. Over all nice place to stay.

難しかったこと ■シャワー操作と湯の温度調整 ・シャワーは水量調整ノブを回して、3個あるボタンのいずれかを押すと水がでます。（足元にあるカランは水の元栓なので触らないこと。洗面台やトイレの水も出ない場合はこれが閉まってるかも。） ・シャワーの温度は、寝室にある洗面台のカランで調整します。 高級ホテルみたいなカッコいいシャワーがついています。操作が分からなければ触らずにまず受付またはGOOGLE等に尋ねてください。 私は適当に操作した結果、部屋の水元栓をカランと勘違いしてひねって部屋の水が全て止まりました。（夜中に焦って受付に尋ねに行きました🙏ごめんなさい🙏） ■駅遠い、夜怖い 駅から少し遠く、車通りのある道は歩道が無いので、荷物が多い場合はタクシーが良いです。 昼間は小路にも商店がたくさん出ていて、人通りも多いです。 夜でも外には人やバイクなどが居ますが、少し怖い感じです。宿にローソン（深夜は閉まります）が隣接しているので良かったです。
