Just yards from the seafront and tucked away in a quiet alley, this charming cottage offers partial sea views and the perfect coastal getaway.

The well-appointed sitting room, featuring a cozy log fire, comfortably seats up to four guests and provides a warm, inviting space for relaxing. The living room leads to a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast area, ideal for enjoying a leisurely morning meal. Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms—a double with sea views and a twin bedroom—ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom, conveniently located under the stairs, is equipped with an electric shower over the bath, although please note the shower has limited headroom due to its placement.

Outside, a delightful seated terrace area is accessible via seven steps and offers beautiful views over the bay and cliffs, making it an excellent spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The property is within walking distance of the traditional harbour, wide sandy beaches, and dramatic cliffs. Gardenstown is home to charming galleries, craft workshops, shops, a restaurant, and a tea room, adding to its quaint appeal.

Located in the North East of Scotland, Gardenstown and its neighboring village Crovie are renowned for their red sandstone cliffs and charming coastal vibe.
