Room was very clean however the carpet was not as clean (you can see some dust/dirt build up in corners) but otherwise all amenities were very very clean. The staff have been so friendly, we did not however receive the complement hot chocolate and tea bags we selected for night 2 & 3 (we completed and left the paper out for the cleaners with our order but did not receive anything. Although we were 3 adults, we only received 2 cups/mugs/washroom cups. There was plenty of towels for us though which were restocked. Yes we had a. Mountain view however the view was partially blocked by a building so I don’t see it worth the money to upgrade to a mountain view when the view was obstructed. Since there was no actual view to be in awe of we did not spend much time on the balcony

The rooms are beautifully designed, anyone who has sensory disorders or is easily over stimulated will truly enjoy the decor, the layout, and how the room lighting can be adjusted. The textures of the shower floors, the little touches are perfect for anyone on the spectrum

I’ll give it 4 stars. First, the room was clean and nice. Perfect for my solo trip. The only inconvenience that I faced during my stay was the short size of the blinds. This is something that another guests were discussing in the pool. My bathroom was facing the other hotel, right in front of their little tables. Even though, I had the blinds closed you could see people trying to see if they could see something. The other thing is that, I love the idea of asking at the main desk for coffee and tea but at least you should leave or include some spoons or something to make a coffee properly on the room. For the rest the hotel was beautiful and peaceful to rest and reset. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness and hard work. ✨

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was absolutely stunning and Good Folk was our favorite place to eat in Banff. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved waking up to the view of the mountain each morning. The complementary bus pass was really convenient and much appreciated as well.

Rooms are spacious and new. The outdoor hot pools and Sauna are a highlight. The only complaint is that the A/C is LOUD. And it kick starts at random hours throughout the night. I wish a hotel as new as this would have a better A/C system that doesn’t sound like those of a rundown motel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Check-in was super easy, and parking was free, which made everything very convenient. It was really simple to access our room. The room itself was spacious, warm, and cozy. We stayed on what’s technically the second floor, but it felt like a ground floor since our balcony opened to the back of the hotel — it was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We had such a great rest! The shower had all local, eco-friendly shampoo and body wash, which I really appreciated. The room also had a kettle and a fridge, so I could enjoy my warm tea every day. The smart TV was a nice bonus too. The hotel has a beautiful hot tub and lounge area with one of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. The restaurant downstairs was also amazing — we had an excellent breakfast there. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and everything about our stay was perfect. I’m really happy I chose this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!
