There was no balcony in my room but a lil patio outside facing nothing (no view) just a hotel building but due to extreme cold it doesn’t matter we were there to enjoy hot tub and we did enjoy it, rooms were clean beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall good value for money and yes we also like the convenience of parking.

Great looking hotel; freshly reno’d and clean. Room top hot tub is fantastic. Quite a distance from downtown Banff. Beds/pillows are (too) firm.

The staff and experience here is always amazing. The restaraunt and the Sudden Sally coffee shop/bar are great. Amazing outdoor hot tubs with view and even the sauna has a view to the mountains. Really great design everywhere makes it a pampering feel. Lots of great personal touches . Highly recommend

Pros: - [ ] Staff amazing. Very helpful, especially when I left my purse in the lobby. They also made my son feel special on his birthday. - [ ] Rooms and beds were comfortable. - [ ] The nice touch of selecting from their complementary Sudden Sally tea and coffee menu at the front desk. They provide you with everything you would need to make your hot beverage in your own room, including cream, milk or oat milk. - [ ] Hot pools and the entire area surrounding with fireplaces and sauna. - [ ] Complementary heated underground parking - [ ] 15% off either the on site restaurant or Sudden Sally next door at the Canoe Hotel. - [ ] Complementary passes for the Roam transit - [ ] The Rocky Mountain bath products. Cons: -I do not like rain shower heads but at least they have a hand held shower head too. My husband thought the rain shower head was great. -location would be my biggest issue. I prefer to be within a quick walk to downtown. We have stayed at their other property, Moose Hotel and that location is absolutely amazing. A bus to and from Fairmont Banff Springs hotel involves taking two separate buses.
