The hospitality was great. The adjoining restaurant had a wonderful breakfast. They give you a pass for the local bus and the bus stop is right in front of the door.

The property seemed recently renovated. Our shower curtains were brand new. They were putting a fresh coat of sealant on the natural wood trim. Happy hour prices were great, as was the food in the restaurant. Close walk to town.

Loved the place, rooms are big & spacious. Aesthetically well designed. In-room coffee and team experience was unique. Location is fantastic, close to downtown Banff. Lots of food options around.

Hotel Canoe was a great find in Banff! The room was nicely appointed and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a beautiful view—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wind-down. It’s within easy walking distance to the Banff townsite, and they even provide free bus passes, which made getting around super convenient. We also enjoyed the cozy fire pits and the relaxing hot tub—perfect after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again. Great value, great location, and those views sealed the deal!

Great front desk staff. Brought robes quickly as none were in room. Great location. A bit of a trek to the pools and would be lovely if there was some quiet hours in one if the pools. Delicious cinnamon buns from the bakery!
