I had a truly wonderful experience at Best Western. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was—it really felt like a home away from home. Every part of the experience, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely great service.

Ok hotel

Check in was awful. We were late check in and informed our booking was about to be cancelled as preauthorisation would not go through. They were not using our preferred card and were using an expired card. I had arranged payment at property and felt payment should have been made when we arrived as our rate reflected this. NOTE - hotels.com do not provide facility to change payment method! Hotel breakfast room was extremely small and cramped though kitchen staff were lovely. Smoke alarm in our room had been removed so not very safety conscious. Its an ok hotel offering breakfast and parking in a nice area.

The staff were great but our door scanner to the suite we had booked was out of battery after our first entry. After enjoying the pool we had gone back to the room to shower and get ready for dinner but could not get in. The maintained crew was off site and took a while to get back to the Hotel and fix the issue, not a staff problem but a management problem. We had missed our dinner reservation due to the half hour wait, the main reason for our one night stay at the property. I would suggest to look for a red light appearing when you scan into your room. Management should ask the cleaning crew to also look out for this, could solve many issues with guests before they occur. I wasn't the only one having issues with the older property, guests and staff alike.
