Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Fake agent giving ad and hotels com not blocking him when you go there are 16 buildings and guy who checks u in there is no reception will say many got duped fraud agent who let out flat in 1 building instead of refunding and giving you credit hotels com will say they investigate for ever with no reply from their end or humanity left in them we as customers give them business and pay their salaries and they show you different attitude when comes to refund and block that agent and guy who.checks u in even bigger fraud day u pay 4 dollars or pounds per night he ask for 16 as he knows you are stuck on street but if you look online you get more cheap and move to other hotel
