Renovated and furnished in 2014, fully repainted in 2018, in a street parallel to the seafront (rue Docteur Marçon), duplex on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building with 3 apartments. 2 terraces including a south facing terrace over the entire width of the living room with sea and harbor views, not overlooked. 1 car garage on the ground floor, public parking and beach 50m away - ideal for doing everything on foot, by bike or by boat as soon as you arrive!
