The building was interesting and had a great lobby space. It was a nice remodel of an older building. The guest room ceilings were shockingly high, especially for the age of the building. AC was cold on a hot day, and staff was friendly. The parking is difficult and it seemed like we were only given an option for valet before we even checked in. But then after committing to the valet parking they said we could also park in the garage next door and it was half the price. Too late at that point. Food at breakfast was decent.

The area was not a good neighborhood. The hotel has no parking. You pay $50 day for valet parking which you are forced to do basically and its in a big garage across the street. If you come back after 11pm there's no valet attendant and you have to park your car yourself and yet you pay $50 daily. They do bring your car to you when you request it via an app. The hotel and room was very nice, clean and modern. One of the best rooms for the price.

I didn’t know this place was located in a “not so good” area …. It was high traffic , people , cops , ambulances and alot of noise ! The property itself was ok no real food at this hotel bar staff not friendly.. uber eats is your friend .. the manager was pleasant and the valet men. I would not stay here again the atmosphere didn’t feel the safest. Overall it was a decent hotel. Just noisy and no amenities.

We only stayed a day, they let us check-in early, ballpark walking distance. Found a great place to eat Mic O’Sheas (?)spelling. Very nice room, left early but was able to get coffee, yogurt and muffin (breakfast area nice) while we walked to Amtrak, a few street sleepers but felt safe.

We ended up leaving and not staying. There was no parking. We had to find public parking which charged us $9 each time we left the garage. Why would I want to add more to our stay?
