Although our overall experience was positive, there was 1 issue. The room's lighting was TERRIBLE. When asked about it, the operations manager said that a bunch of laps died at the same time & they didn't have any other options. The hotel was great walking distance to the CFG Bank arena. Quick.

Only real concern was that they cleaned the room once (4-night stay) and staff told us it was because we had a do not disturb sign on the door, but we never did. Valet staff was great and very courteous. Requests for clean towels and blankets were met very quickly by the staff, too. Room was comfortable and the lobby was very nice to spend time in. WiFi worked well the entire visit. Convenient walking distance to a lot of things, short drive to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill.

The Lexington market was right next door. The hotel was amazing. The room was bigger than I thought. I'm definitely planning another trip soon and this is he hotel I'm staying at.

The hotel was nice. Comfortable rooms, clean and updated. Breakfast had a good choice of food, internet worked well. The front desk agent when we checked seemed very bothered, was rude and generally unhelpful. By far the worst experience I’ve had while checking into a hotel.

Great location

Our room was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the coffee and breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is super close to the Orioles stadium, making it easy to walk to and from the game.

Not worth it!

This hotel may be nice… I didn’t make it that far. I pulled up to the hotel and made an immediate decision to change hotels. This neighborhood is absolutely scary and didn’t feel safe. The front desk gentleman (Kevin), was extremely kind and understanding when I shared that I did not feel safe.
