Staff is great!

The staff is AMAZING and made it worth it. The elevator smells like cigarettes, likely due to the carpeting and the rest of the hotel including the rooms you could tell were pretty old. There was water damage on the walls but thankfully we were only staying one night. Again, the staff made it worth it.

Dirty and stinky hotel. Comforter had stains on it. So I changed the room - the new room had torn carpet, faucet in the bathroom (shower one) was dripping, the water wasn’t draining properly in the washbasin, bathroom door wasn’t closing/locking, noisy AC. You name it. Is this really Marriott? Marriott is now a 1 star hotel like Motel 8. Very very disappointed. Never staying in any Spring Hill Suites anymore. I would not even stay here for free.

This was my first experience in Baltimore and stay in the Springhill Suites. Although it wasn't close to the convention center, it wasn't difficult to get a ride, and while the room showed wear, it was clean and well supplied.

It seemed that everyone else staying there was a large party. Like big, loud, crowds of mainly children. In the elevator. At the pool. Everywhere. That with the hot tub being out of service do to unclean unsanitary unsafe conditions and a hesitance to clean it. Some staff was unprofessional…offering silly non solutions and giving out other guests’ highly confidential information! To date I haven’t gotten a response from their corporate or their general manager.
