Decent stay. Hotel entrance is off the Main Street. Valet Parking super convenient, flat rate and they will bring you your car whenever you want to leave. Close to the stadiums too!

Management needs to get a handle on guest smoking Marijuana through out the hotel. No food in the restaurant even though they said they were open. Could not sleep because of the constant smoking in and outside the hotel.

This property needs a major renovation. The heater/A/C in the window is a prime example. You can hear it all night. However the staff excellent, kind, friendly, helpful. The Valet staff was excellent as well.

Upon arrival the main elevator is broken so we are told to use another elevator and we get in and go up one floor and that elevator gets stuck in between floors. The refrigerator did not work. No working ice machines. This place is a total dump.

I rarely write reviews. The receptionist dyneshia was wonderful. I really appreciated that she got me an early check in and was very gracious. I asked for a luggage cart and one was never provided. I asked for regular coffee for my room and they were completely out. My bathroom floor was really sticky and asked to have it cleaned. No came to clean that. I couldn't get the heat to turn on. A young man came up to help and he got it started. The people were very nice but there were some frustrations.

This was a very last minute booking and the hotel was very nice. Very modern and convenient. Within walk distance to many places and a lot of parking out front. Valet prices are very expensive

The hotel is very modern and elegant. The decor was beautiful. The restaurant and bar were delightful. However, our room was very small and in need of some repair: broken faucet, shower head, and exhaust system. (I didn’t hear music and it didn’t remove the fog from the mirror). Also it didn’t smell clean, actually we smelled cigarette smoke. We didn’t have sugar and creamer, only 2 packs of coffee for a 2 day stay. Housekeeping had to search the hotel for creamer and there was only 1 washcloth. When we called the front desk the clerks were kinda dismissive. Not very accommodating to resolve our issues. The clock had the wrong time, cable tv was unplugged, and the only view we had was of the fire escape. Housekeeping didn’t come until 4pm, interrupting our nap. We asked her to come back in a hour since we would be going out to dinner. When we returned our room wasn’t refreshed. She returned in the morning, knocking loudly again at 9:15, the day we were to checkout.

I was tokd by two staff members there was breakfast being served and there was not. No pool no laundry no gym no nothing. I left my jacket and it was throw in the hallway by the elevator. My air wasnt working and no one came to look at it. Just a mess I will never book here again
