The room was really clean, the breakfast was good, but the pillows were way too soft. I kept sinking into them and it was kinda uncomfortable on my neck. One other problem was that the Internet was terrible. It barely works for mobile and some apps on the TV like YouTube and prime video just say check internet connection and then none of them work. Netflix doesn't even load. The screen just freezes up and then your stuck like that for the next 5 minutes.

Cons: Brown water coming from sink faucet and shower when first using. Had to wake up early but couldn’t sleep the first night because I heard people cursing and screaming from outside even though I was on the 6th floor. Valet was horrible. Took forever at both drop off and pick up. Pros: Front desk attendant nice at check in. I was traveling for a business conference and this hotel was reasonably price and conveniently near Convention center. Ate at the restaurant downstairs and food was good and continental breakfast was decent. I will not stay here again.
