Quiet One Bedroom for the traveling worker

This is a quiet house with everything included except a washer and dryer. We share the kitchen and the bathroom. The house is clean, I live here and I take care of the daily maintenance. All you have to do is clean after yourself. The rest is easy. There is a 25 pounds Cockapoo in the house. He is 12 years old quiet and well trained. He loves people.
