Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay . the staff was inviting and very helpful. the Room attendants helped me keep towels and trash bags stocked since my family would sleep really late. there's plenty of shopping very close by and lots of restaurants to choose from close by . this was our 2nd time staying at this location . and we will be back

They lie, they have microwaves ro provide to rooms and the guy on staff that night said they did not, then he said he is new then he said he dont know where they are located then he said after new staff arrived he said now someone else is here i can go get your microwave. Which one is it.. and this dude had dreads, so there you have it.. that guy.. Then they ran out of towels and the cleaning person doesnt come in until 9am to wash andndry new towels so we could not shower and get dressed to leave without towels. The guy with dreads covering night staff did not stay at front desk he sat in a booth acros from the counter making you think he was a guest and did not work there until you had a question or was looking for a staff member.

The staff was nice. My first room smelled like something died in it and it has bugs. The smelled was bad and awful. I was later moved to another room . The place needs major work done.

Clean comfortable stay - housekeeping and desk staff were very friendly- only complaint was that we went to get breakfast and the person in charge of breakfast announced that there was no hot breakfast left due to the other inconsiderate guests which I found to be very rude and obviously offensive to other guests in the lobby area
