Excellent accommodations. I stayed here for three days for a business trip. The room was comfortable and the bathroom mostly clean (found a few small hairs in the bathroom). The complimentary breakfast provided eggs, sausage patties, 3 varieties of cereal, waffles, fruit, yoga, and of course juice/coffee/milk and bagels/toast. The staff was nice and even called me up when I left an item at the front desk. I definitely appreciated that! I like that smokers have a smoking area outside the hotel which I like since I am asthmatic. All in all it was a good stay.

The room was clean and the front desk personnel were great. There was a horrific smell throughout the 2nd floor of the hotel (I was in room 212). Secondly the heat/AC unit made a very loud noise every time the unit kicked on throughout the night, waking me up every time. Caused me to be throughout my meetings throughout the early part of the day. Probably will have to look for other hotel options in Laurel during my next stay.

Shower water got hot/cold throughout the shower. Night before checkout there must have been an error at the desk and the gave someone access to our room. Someone walked in on us at 730 at night. Never heard a work from the front desk about it. Room was clean. Though room service tried to come in to clean our room 90 minutes before checkout while we were cleaning up.

My room was right next to the elevator and the noises from outside got me up at 5:30 in the morning and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The breakfast was passable but not up to best western usual standards.
