On the top floor you will find the ideally located bedrooms, A King size bed in the main and a Queen size bed in the second, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, ample robe storage, and a considerably large main bathroom with double vanities.
Downstairs, also decked out with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. It consists of the main living, dining, and kitchen with modern appliances, flowing onto a spacious deck where you can comfortably enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet drink, and extend the retractable shade covering on those warm summer afternoons. A second bathroom is conveniently located downstairs with shower to wash away the sand from your toes after a long day at the beach.
Located in an ideal position of town, in a quiet and well-maintained block of 3 units, close enough to comfortably walk to the beach, beautiful Tea Tree Lake Ainsworth and all the bustling cafes and restaurants of Lennox village.
