Great pet friendly stay in Ballarat

Lovely property in a great location that had us feeling at home from the get go. Thanks for a lovely long weekend! (Though the desk and wifi made it easy to dial into the office also).

Sovereign Hill Visit

We were very happy with the property.Check in was initially hampered by the app, and probably the fact that entry needed a bit of explaining.Communication with the host was clear and very helpful.The host explained the entry very well when asked why check in details had not appeared in app.Our late evening arrival was welcomed with lights and heaters. And followed up with a considerate message from the host checking that all was good.Many thanks for a great little stay.There's not a lot for our family to do in Ballarat, but I will try to stay here again.
