Villa Solemare Verde is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen, integrated is the living room with SAT-TV international. We had a lovely stay at Ciro's house! We stayed 9 nights, the house is small but perfectly enough for us (2 adults and a 3 year old) and you will spend most of the time in the amazing garden. Everything was very clean, plenty of towels, brand new shower, washing machine, the kitchen is really well equipped (including 3 different options for making coffee!), the house also has A/C. Shaded parking area right outside the gate. The garden is definitely the highlight, it is so spacious with a pool, loungers, sandpit, swings and slide, and a BBQ. The child gate at the bottom of the steps to the pool is amazing when you have small children and the whole garden is fully secure. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay with our daughter, she loved it so much. Ciro is lovely, so friendly and always on hand to help if we needed anything. Really recommend this property to everyone!

Fantastic stay in Balestrate

We had a lovely time in Balestrate. The villa and particularly the garden area was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. I travelled with my partner and our 2 year old daughter. Ciro gave us great directions and met us at the property. He showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. He really is a brilliant host. The villa was well equipped with everything you will need and the garden is perfect for a young family. Lots of toys for our daughter to play with and the pool was very safe with a gate on the stairs. We were able to walk from the villa into the town and to the great local beach. We also had a car to explore further away, which I would very much recommend. All in all we had an amazing time and would certainly recommend the villa and Ciro to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

Very reminicent of a pla e we had in Northern Italy, complete tranquilityhosted by a very interesting multilingual gentleman. We would go again and highly recomend this place to anyone. One critisism the photos dont do it justice,,, its much much better

Excellent experience!

Ciro's property was exactly as described, including the beautiful backyard pool. When we arrived he met us at the top of the driveway and provided a full orientation to the house. Even had a bottle of Sicilian wine waiting for us. He was charming to talk with and was eager to share about the region and where to visit. All around a great stay.

Die Unterkunft ist genau richtig für Familien. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Pool ist perfekt und der Garten riesig. Ciro ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und versorgt einem mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich auch während des Aufenthaltes immer wieder früh morgens um den Pool, so dass das Wasser frisch und gut temperiert ist. Fliegengitter sind an den Fenstern überall vorhanden. Die Fliegengitter fehlten in der Beachreibung. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 10 Minuten vom sauberen Sandtrand mit Promenade und Gastromie entfernt. Ein 22kw Ladegerät für E-Autos ist fußläufig 6 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit einem perfekten Gastgeber

Logement idéal pour Découverte côte nord ouest

Ciro est toujours disponible et de bons conseils ! C’est le petit plus du logement qu’on ne peut deviner avec l’annonce. Une semaine dans le logement de Ciro avec notre bébé d’un an. Tous les équipements à disposition pour les enfants. Le jardin est très bien équipé et la piscine est top. Nous recommandons le logement.

Zona esterna fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a luglio nell’alloggio del sig. Ciro, che è stato cordiale, disponibile e molto discreto. L’alloggio non è grande ma ha tutto ciò che serve a una famiglia di 4 persone e uno spazio esterno da favola: prato verdissimo, piscina, sabbiera con giocattoli, scivolo e altalene, amaca e un patio dove abbiamo consumato pressochè ogni pasto. La spiaggia, adatta a bambini che non sanno nuotare e amando la sabbia, è vicina, raggiungibile in pochi minuti d’auto e nel circondario c’è molto da visitare. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è soddisfacente. Merita davvero!

Urlaub bei Ciro

Wir durften zwei Wochen in Ciros wunderschönen Oase verbringen. Die Villa Solemare ist wirklich super schön und sehr gepflegt. Ciro kümmert sich jeden Morgen um den Garten und Pool. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche übrig.Ich hätte es noch super gefunden eine Spülmaschine zu haben, vor allem weil wir doch ein paar dreckige Tassen und auch Besteck von den Vormietern vorgefunden hatten. Ansonsten ist es aber einfach perfekt und ich wusste im vorhinein auch schon, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Ciro ist eine super angenehme Person, der bei jeder Frage sofort mit Antwort zur Stelle steht. Balestrate ist ein schöner Ort, in dem immer etwas los war. Der Strand war ein Träumchen. Flacher Einstieg ins Wasser - perfekt für Kinder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft bot alles was eine Familie mit Kindern im Urlaub gebrauchen kann. Der Pool so wie der Sandkasten und der kleine Spielplatz war perfekt für unsere Kinder. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an einem schönen Naturstrand, der nicht so sehr überlaufen ist. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir konnten an manchen Tagen etwas kochen, das war sehr praktisch. Ciro der Gastgeber war täglich im Garten und hat ihn sowie den Pool sauber gehalten und gepflegt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt auf Sizilien. Grazie

Posto stupendo

Casa pulita e molto ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La posizione, tranquilla e con vista mare, è superideale per chi vuole esplorare questa parte stupenda della Sicilia. Abbiamo girato tanto in macchina e visto tanti bei posti tra Cefalú e Selinunte. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina e i bambini adoravano tuffarsi prima che siamo di partiti la mattina o al ritorno la sera. Stupendo e curatissimo anche il bellissimo giardino, ideale per rilassarsi. Bella anche la spiaggia di Balestrate, che dista pochi minuti ed essendo di sabbia è molto ideale per i bambini. A Balestrate si trova tutto il necessario, tra supermercato, fruttivendolo e macellaio, oltre cafè, ristoranti e pizzerie. Grazie a Ciro, che è sempre disponibile e per i suoi buoni consigli! È stata una vancanza bellissima e ci torneremo di sicuro!

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Entspannt und wirklich ganz wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch unser Hund ist auf seine Kosten gekommen. Unsere Tochter ist noch unter 1 Jahr alt, aber für ältere Kinder gibt es so viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen. Wirklich ganz fantastisch!

Klare Empfehlung, alles perfekt!

Ciro ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber - er hat uns ganz tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben, Restaurants empfohlen und war stets behilflich, egal was wir brauchten. Da er länger in Deutschland gelebt hat, ist sein Deutsch makellos. Die Wohnung ist einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht. Bei dem großen und sehr gepflegten Garten verbringt man ohnehin die meiste Zeit draußen; mit einem kleinen Spielplatz und viel Rasenfläche ideal für Kinder und Eltern, die sich auf der Sonnenliege entspannen wollen. Das Highlight ist der Pool, den Ciro jeden Morgen sauber macht und der zu jeder Zeit zum Baden einlädt. Balestrate ist ein netter kleiner Ort, der alles bietet was man braucht - viele Restaurants, ein paar Einkaufsläden und auch der Strand ist groß und fällt für die Kids flach ab. Dazu kommt, dass man vom Flughafen in 25 Minuten im Ort ist. Wir können Ciro als Gastgeber und seine tollen Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Ciro war für uns perfekt. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was wir uns als Familie wünschen. Ausreichend Platz, einen wunderbaren Garten mit Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder. Ciro stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns mit Tipps über Sizilien und der nahen Umgebung versorgt. Perfekt war ebenfalls die Lage, ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum sehr schönen Strand und in den Ort Balestrate für das Eis oder die Pizza zwischendurch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Ciro buchen!

Great place to stay

We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Ciro in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing en the pool is realy nice. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für alle! Unsere kleine Tochter konnte im Garten mit dem vielen vielen tollen Spielzeug spielen, während die großen Kinder sich im Pool vergnügen konnten. Ciro ist der perfekte Gastgeber, kümmert sich jeden Morgen um Garten und Pool. Die Stadt ist ca 15 min Fußweg entfernt, ebenso der Strand. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, was nicht da ist, wird bei Bedarf sofort von Ciro organisiert. Einfach klasse, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung von Ciro war herrlich. Der wunderschöne Garten, der Pool und der Sandkasten waren perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit unserer Kleinen. Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ciro ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns darauf, dort wieder zu übernachten.
