On the spacious first floor there is the living room with kitchen and dining area and direct exit to the covered terrace on which there is a brick fireplace. On the first floor there is another bedroom with private bathroom. Four more bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies are located on the upper floor. In front of the terrace are the pool and sunbathing area. An additional toilet is also available on the property. During your stay, visit the romantic town of Rovinj and walk along the old town to the church of St. Euphemia, which towers over the town and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
