Very nice and new (built in 2023) property in the North Bay Shores association at 910 acre all-sports, Big Star Lake. The association includes access to 700 feet of shared beach, boat dock (seasonal), and pickle ball courts (seasonal). Close to access points for Pere Marquette River for Trout, Salmon, Steelhead, in an area surrounded by National Forest for hunting, snowmobiling, or other outdoor fun. The property has a large deck with chairs, solo stove, and table. This is a great base camp for boating, swimming, fishing, hunting, or general outdoor activities.

Note: North Bay Shores is a quiet family oriented community. All are welcome but loud and wild parties are not.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Highly Recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend! The pictures and description of the house and area are accurate. The area is beautiful. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The best host ever! The house was everything we expected and more.
