Beautiful 4-Bedroom Golf Course Home on Bald Head Island. This Bald Head Island cottage is located on the 11th Fairway of a beautiful golf course. With its reverse floor plan, you can enjoy breathtaking golf course views from the second floor. '4 Unwynding' is a custom-built and professionally decorated cottage that offers a luxurious experience.

On the second floor, you'll find a great room that opens to a screened porch and sun deck, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors while still being inside. Additionally, a large private bonus room with a powder room provides extra space for relaxation or entertainment.

The cottage's first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (two with Queen beds and one with two Twin beds). There is also a full laundry room, an open foyer, as well as front and rear porches for you to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

For added privacy, there is a separate Guest Cottage (crofter) located above the golf cart garage. This cottage includes a bedroom and a bathroom with a Queen bed, as well as its own private deck.

Despite its tranquil and secluded setting, the cottage is just a quick 2-minute golf cart ride away from the ocean and shopping areas, making it convenient for both relaxation and entertainment.

Some additional amenities of the cottage include four TVs (including flat screens in the Great Room, Den, crofter, and guest bedroom), a DVD and CD player with surround sound on the second floor, and a usable fireplace during the winter months. The Crofter's Cottage also offers coffee set-up.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
