Balboa Peninsula ski resorts

The rooftop eating and relaxing area was nice. It’s a beautiful view of the shore. The room was large. The jacuzzi tub was very nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and said if we needed beach towel or chairs they could provide.

Hotel was loud at night. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. We didn't sleep because of it. Additionally the prices were higher on Hotels.com then if I booked directly. Felt taken advantage of by hotels.com

Great location and a strong meetings/events team, but the overall hotel experience lacked consistency during my six-night stay. I facilitated a leadership programme in the Glasshouse and the support there was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and well organised. Unfortunately, the wider guest experience felt less polished. The fitness room repeatedly ran out of towels and cups (even after feedback was given), water bottles in the room were not replenished, linens were not changed during the stay, and some outdoor areas were left uncleared for days. None of these issues were major individually, but hospitality is often defined by attention to small details, and those details matter. There is a lot to like about the property and the team were always pleasant, but the hotel would benefit from greater operational discipline and consistency across the guest experience.

The Little Inn was ideal for our quick beach fix. Walk to the beach or the bay. Walking distance to many restaurants (a little noisy during the late evenings but no more than any hotel on the beach). The staff was very helpful with dinner suggestions and on site parking was a blessing for a busy beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We appreciate Ninas flexibility with our checkout time so we could enjoy this place just a little longer. It was hard to leave because we loved it so much!
