This place was ghetto and had lots of sketchy characters at all hours of the night lurking around. The first room I was assigned smelled like cigarettes and had a missing tv not to mention all the cigarette holes in the curtain. Second room did not fully close door all the way and the door itself would lock me out everytime I stepped outside and had to reprogram my key to enter it. Honestly this place should be ready to be demolished because it felt like a homeless shelter.

This hotel is something else. There were people screaming, arguing and yelling outside at night time and again in the moring. There were no security officers anywere in site, and.the room door was reworked because it looked like it was kicked open at one point. Will not be staying at this hotel again......

I had an awful stay at this hotel in Bakersfield. I had to constantly kill roaches and pincher bugs in the room. The area felt unsafe, with obvious prostitution activity and lots of noise from other guests throughout the night. There were also many homeless people around the property, and I was woken up early by people yelling. To make matters worse, the door wouldn’t even lock properly. This is definitely not a place I’d recommend, especially if you’re traveling with children. Avoid if you want a safe, clean, and quiet stay

When I checked in the lady was rude… 3:00 checked in but checked in at 3:30… I should checked out at 11:30 I made reservations she said she didn’t have no rooms, but did.. I want better service when I pay my money…
