Room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right next to the elevators and the ice machine so it was a bit loud at times, but other than that, it was quiet. Air worked well on a hot 104 day. One thing I would suggest is putting outlets near beds for phone charging.

Are stay was good the 1 thing I was NOT HAPPY WITH was that I booked a room with 2 queens size bed and a large tube in the rest room and I was looking forward to that large tub because I hurt my back and wanted to relax in that tub and lady at the front desk said that they had gave my room to someone else, and that such because this hotel didn’t have a jacuzzi . That was pretty disappointing

I was just expecting more from Hyatt. The elevators are overdue for inspection- and they’re acting weird. The room was fine, but the blinds don’t reach the edges of the window and there was an incredibly bright light outside. There is something brown splattered on the wallpaper next to the toilet and sink. The shower gel was completely out. The staff was very nice.

I have been coming for years , always I get from the front desk water for my pills , this time said my Hyatt card or my membership doe not have the benefits , then forgot to buy and taken my pills with tap water ....The check i was good it went faster when an employee I know has been there for a while came in and expediate it and the receptionist gave me the room I wanted near the elevator . Usually I love the breakfast today the eggs were dry but everything else was still good

Everything was great with our stay with the exception of the breakfast. Most of it was great but the “eggs” were very mysterious! Not sure they were the right color and definitely not the right texture. I have no idea what they were. But the hash browns and salsa were fantastic!

Just stayed for 2 nights in June. Overall, it was a pretty good stay (bed and room were comfy, breakfast included, seemed like a nicer area) however there were some drawbacks. Pool area was very dirty, pool gate was unlocked so anyone could enter. Homeless people hanging around at night by the pool. No towels for the pool one night so they gave us bath mats to use. Then no regular bath towels the next night. Shower and water pressure in the room were low.
