I had booked an accessible room 5 months ago, and when I went into the room I thought it was small, but the bathroom door looked large, but should have looked in. The only accessible thing was the handle in the tub which I needed a walk-in shower which I should have had, plus the toilet was too low for me, and no handles to lift myself up. Also, the breakfast was horrible, and after the workman got theirs there was nothing left. The woman who was doing the breakfast was not filling up anything very fast so had to wait for hot stuff.
