Room was nice. Had a tv without anything to watch/no cable. No blanket on bed. The hot water was like warm, didn’t need any cold water to adjust the temperature.

No cable service - ever! Unbelievable! Not very clean and there was no one at the front desk the next day to buzz open the gate so we could leave. After ringing the front desk for 15 minutes from the gate, we finally called the restaurant and they were able to let us out. This made us very late and we nearly missed my daughter’s SAT start time. Won’t be back!

This hotel has been purchased by new owners, I hope they can do better than the last one. We will not be staying here anymore until they get new on site mangers. We come here 7 times a year and stay for the convenience of surrounding restaurants and gas station.

Strong musty smell of ‘old dust’. Felt like I went back in time to 1980. Relatively clean but very worn down. TV didn’t work. The room was better and bed was comfortable. Good enough for two nights.

Horrible, booked for 3 nights. The first night I had no blankets, called front desk multiple times no answer no help. The next day when I can back my room was taken by another person and cleaned out!!!! Soo bad!!

It took a long time check in and to get the key cards to the room. The key cars did not work on the bavk door. The gate to the parking spaces was impossible to open according to the instructions given by the hotel. We waited 3/4 of an hour to get the breakfast, we did not get the food that we ordered and it was almost cold.

The room was very clean but there was no blanket on the bed and it was cold. The TV had no signal, the hairdryer didn't work, the lock on inside of door was broken off and the coffee pot had left over coffee in it. I called the front desk several times and never got an answer and no one called back.

Do not stay here there is no hot water, beds are uncomfortable toilets don't flush, no cable TV. This property is the worst I've stayed at. Please avoid the Hilltop Hotel! There are better options.

I booked 2 rooms and one of them did not have working lights. The rooms were super outdated and the area was not the best. The beds only had one sheet and no blankets. I was asked to pay $100 cash deposit per room and there card reader was not working so I would have to use there ATM and pull out cash, which I had to pay both my bank and there ATM fee.
