Really loved the stay at this place, property manager was really nice. Rooms were clean and lovely. Only problem was the smell in the assigned parking lot but overall very lovely.

Spacious room. Drinking water available in room. I didn't like that there were no ammenities, like toiletries! Parking was confusing. Front desk told us to park in the back. However, the entrance was blocked off and you had to enter through the exist.

Everything worked out with our 3 day stay and how accessible this place was to get a taxi/grub or jeepney to go places! Mines View is 5 mins away by foot. Mini grocery right outside of the condo as well as Good Shepherd. Place was clean, had all basic necessities and cozy. Did not need staff at all as everything was explained to us when we checked in. There was hot water. Was just not prepared when they took cash deposit for incidentals as I only brought limited amount of cash. And most tiangge is cash basis only so limited my shopping a bit. Should let ppl know ahead of time. But overall GOOD and planning to go back again!

Great property and central to everything! My party arrived earlier than planned and Sir Alvin was very kind and accommodating. Front door security, parking security, and Sir Alvin were nothing buy pleasant and friendly. Cafe Ritz downstairs was very delicious which we did frequent for coffee and food. We used the 3 bedroom for 5 adults for 4 days, 3 nights. The place is just how it is in the pictures. Everything is provided except you have to bring your own toiletries. Our balcony in the master had the view and was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!
