The room itself was OK. The shower was pretty bad. The shower wall grout was growing mold, the shower head was corroded so that water only came out of a few holes. The water was lukewarm at best, the water in the room’s kitchen was not drinkable/potable. I was charged a higher price for a room that faced a wall so there was no view; however the balcony didn’t have any chairs to sit and enjoy a view so the management was aware of the situation. The staff were polite and courteous. The property looked average and the breakfast buffet was okay. But I will never book this hotel again.

They need to do better with cleaning, it’s such a beautiful property but needs cleaning!! The shower heads were dirty and saw some mold up in the ceiling the the bathrooms. The sinks were also pretty gross. Overall tho, staffs are very friendly and amenities are great

Bump on my head

I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄

I wouldn’t recommend this place

I booked a 2 bedroom studio for 6 persons for an overnight stay on 12/29/24. Good value for money if you don’t mind dingy accommodations with windows and balcony facing a wall, clogged toilet, no hot water in one of the two bathrooms, and front desk staff telling you that they charge for extra towels because you asked for them on the morning of check out day instead of the night before (huh???). In short, this is not The Manor, the only place in Baguio worth staying in if you want to enjoy the city.
