The Villa Quietude is located in the hills on the Cote Azur, above Frejus with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding green valley. This unique property is located in a quiet area and has modern, upscale furnishings and offers first-class amenities. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet as well as a flat-screen TV (German program). The villa has a 50 square meter heated pool, as well as a 60 square meter sun terrace with dining table for 8 people and Weber BBQ and a wonderful view.

Furnishing:

122 cm flat screen with surround system.
Large kitchen with induction hobs and all modern amenities, grill, micro, toaster, coffee machine, hot air fryer etc.

All bedrooms have hygienic water beds 2.00 by 2.20 meters. The water mattress offers even comfort across the entire lying area and adapts individually to the people lying on it.
Hygiene: The fabric cover can be removed and washed in the washing machine and the vinyl surface is simply wiped off. Allergens such as house dust, mites and their faeces can be removed almost completely, the mattress is practically as clean as when it was bought. Mites cannot penetrate the mattress.
Furthermore, all rooms have flat screen TV (German programs.) And a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Unser traumhafter Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!Die Villa ist außergewöhnlich sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Pool und Garten sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und waren für uns ein Highlight.Rüdiger und Fabienne sind herzliche Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und tierlieb. Auch unser Hund Mozart wurde liebevoll aufgenommen.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in diesem überaus saubernen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Alles war in einem Top Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber Fabienne und Rüdiger waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn uns mal etwas unklar war. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem großen Areal sehr wohl gefühlt und durfte sich ohne Einschränkung auf dem vollständig eingezäunten Grundsrück bewegen. Einkäufe musste man zwar mit dem Auto machen, allerdings war der gut sortierte Supermarkt auch nicht weit entfernt.Für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund im Wald musste man etwa 1km fahren.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé d’ agréables vacances. La maison est très bien aménagée ( il y a tout le confort nécessaire) et très propre. La piscine est très bien entretenue et aménagée ( parasols, chaises longues,…) La situation permet de visiter pas mal de choses à proximité ( villages , balades, pas trop loin de la mer ). Les propriétaires sont accueillants( petites attentions dans le frigo à l arrivée 😃) et disponibles . Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Vriendelijke eigenaren met uitstekend huis

De eigenaren Fabienne en Rüdiger waren bijzonder vriendelijk en informeerden regelmatig of alles nog naar wens was. Het huis was zeer fraai en het ontbrak ons aan niets, alles was ook zeer schoon. Met name de airco, het grote zwembad tezamen met uitstekend weer maakte de vakantie helemaal af.
