It is 500 m from the centre and the departure station of the cable car for the Pic du Midi observatory. This residence is south-facing and is made up of 3 small buildings with Pyrenean architecture combining wood and stone. It benefits from an exceptional location on the heights of the resort, facing the ski slopes. The various shops and services are located between 200 and 500 m from the residence. A ski rental shop "SKISET" and a restaurant are located in the main building. The residence offers a relaxation area with a heated indoor swimming pool, a jet shower and a sauna. A parking space is included in your stay. Next to the residence is the restaurant Chez Boris (which serves breakfast) as well as its grocery store where it sells bread, croissants, pain au chocolat… Surface area : about 45 m².
