Our house (built in 1939) has been completely rebuilt, newly furnished and is rented since the beginning of 2018. The property is located in a traffic-calmed area, in an old housing development with greenery, large plots and in close proximity to the historic old town.
The building offers three bright, friendly apartments with daylight bathroom. On the ground floor and upper floor are each a 3-room apartment with 60 m², in the attic a small 2-room apartment with 23 m² living space.
We, the landlords live only 100 meters away.
The tourist tax in the amount of 2,30 Eur (per night / person over 16 years) is charged on the spot!
