The apartment is located on the ground floor in the host's house and can be compared to an open-plan apartment. In the open living, dining and sleeping area there is room for 2-5 people. There is a double bed and 1 functional bed (convertible into a double bed). An extra bed is available for the 5th person. Internet, W-Lan and TV are available. The kitchen for self-catering is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pad coffee machine, microwave, oven and 2 plate induction stove. Crockery, pots and cutlery are of course also provided. A private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is located on the same floor. Towels and bed linen are provided.



The house is in an absolutely idyllic, secluded location in a natural ravine. Surrounded by trees and greenery. A small stream flows around the large property. A large private terrace and your own fenced-in garden invite you to linger. The trees and a large awning provide enough shade on hot days to relax on the terrace while listening to the babbling brook and the rustling of the trees. There is a public playground for the little ones about 200 m away. Despite the completely idyllic location, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher or a restaurant in 3-4 minutes by car. Within a 15-minute drive you will find, for example, an outdoor pool, thermal baths, local recreation area and other leisure activities. There are numerous other attractions within a radius of 50 km, such as the Ravensburger Spieleland or the Wackelwald at Federsee.
