Bad Neustadt an der Saale Hotels with Parking

We booked this hotel just for one night sleep passing through the city. From the moment you walk into this hotel you feel like home. It’s cozy and home like. Comfy bed, spacious rooms and not to mention the view from our balcony. The front desk Hallala (sorry if I have misspelled the name) was so pleasant, respectful and she took care of our big family and checked us out with so much love and attention. I am so sad we didn’t have time to spend couple of nights in this hotel but for sure will be back. Also shout out to bartender/waiter at the restaurant. He was so kind. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Only thing that should be improved is a hand rail to get out off the shower/bathtub.

Room was clean and in a great location. Breakfast was good. Only shortcoming was lack of air conditioning which makes the room hot and uncomfortable!

The staff was pleasant and helpful and made time for every guest even though they were busy. The breakfast was wonderful and fresh!

Schönes, super sauberes Hotel. Einzigartiger Wellness-Bereich mit großem Innen- und Außenpool, verschiedenen Saunen, Sport-Schwimmbecken und Fitness-Bereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zwei gute Restaurants. Perfekte Lage des Hotels mitten im Ort, wenige Minuten zum Kurzentrum.

We called the hotel on the way because we knew we would be late and they were very accommodating and put us at ease that our room was ready and no issues with the late arrival. The staff were friendly and we had a great nights sleep.
