The modern 95 m² farmhouse apartment in Bad Emstal Balhorn in the beautiful Habichtswald welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living and dining area—ideal for family breakfasts or game nights. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, and a private barbecue. For families with small children, a baby cot is available, and self-check-in allows for convenient arrival.
From the living room and the main bedroom, you can access the shared garden through large doors, where garden chairs and a table invite you to relax or have coffee outdoors. Please note that the terrace is currently under construction and will be completed in spring, but access to the garden remains unrestricted.
Two communal parking spaces are available to you, and pets are welcome. Events are not permitted on the property. A separate, lockable room for e-bikes is provided.
Right outside your door, the Habichtswaldsteig hiking trail begins, offering numerous hiking opportunities. The nearby Edersee and Twistesee are perfect for day trips, while Bad Arolsen invites you to take leisurely walks. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Hercules with the mountain park in Kassel is only 25 km away. In summer, you can enjoy the local forest swimming pool with a kiosk, dine in nearby restaurants, and shop around the clock at the village store.
